He previously had the responsibility for supervising the construction division of a Savings and Loan Association that developed apartment buildings, and the joint-venture division that developed shopping centers and apartment communities. Michael Chulak also had responsibility for supervising the construction loan departments for several financial institutions in Southern California before dedicating his career to the practice of law.
