David Rivette is Of Counsel to the firm and has practiced law for more than twenty years concentrating on personal injury cases, construction law, construction defect law, real estate, employment matters, and all areas of business litigation.

David Rivette received his Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Barbara College of Law in 1985 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Georgia State University in 1974. David was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986.

In addition to his law practice, David started a vocational school in Santa Barbara County, and after building it into a successful enterprise, sold it in 2005 so that he could return to the full time practice of law.

After twenty years of operating a successful law practice in Santa Barbara, David joined Michael T. Chulak & Associates in Santa Barbara focusing on the Central Coast - Tri County areas of Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo.
