Gregory Bayless is Of Counsel for the firm and represents clients in civil litigation matters as well as non-litigation matters.  He has experience in the areas of business litigation, construction defect litigation, personal injury, real estate and insurance litigation.  Greg also has experience in real estate transactional law, homeowner association law, business and corporate law.

Greg was admitted to the California Bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California in 1996.  Also, Greg was admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of California in 1997, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California in 2005.

Greg obtained the degree of Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento in 1992 (Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs).  Greg is also a licensed Real Estate Broker (License # 01103775) and has knowledge of the mortgage business.
