Resume of Joseph V. Ramos


Joseph Ramos entered the real estate business in 1986 as a real estate licensee practicing in residential and commercial brokerage, and condominium conversions. He was admitted to practice law in 1995. His legal practice has focused on real estate law and litigation. Presently, his practice is devoted primarily to common interest development law (condominiums, planned developments, stock cooperatives and community apartments, and their associated management documents, namely, CC&Rs, Bylaws and Rules & Regulations), real estate transactional law, and real estate joint ventures.


Joseph Ramos is a native of Los Angeles, and attended Don Bosco College in Newton, New Jersey, the University of California at Santa Barbara, and Whittier Law School.
