William (Bill) Tulloss has been practicing law in the State of
California since 1983. He has worked as both an attorney and corporate
executive with experience managing in-house legal affairs, contracts,
technology licensing, intellectual property, and business operations.
He has advised start-up technology companies with business formation,
financing and operational issues. Besides his JD, Bill has an MBA in
finance and BS in business administration.

William Tulloss has substantial
transactional experience with negotiating, drafting, reviewing and
revising technology licensing contracts on behalf of businesses and
end-users. He has counseled clients in structuring licensing and
technology acquisition deals. |
In private practice and as in-house counsel
he has managed corporate private offerings and investor relations. As
in-house counsel, he has served as corporate legal advisor and
corporate secretary |
William Tulloss has experience in
intellectual property protection through trademark and copyright
registrations, trade secrets and contractual agreements. He has
experience in defending a copyright infringement lawsuit (Internet
content) that included extensive computer forensic investigations. |
William Tulloss was admitted to the
California Bar and United States District Court (Central District) in
1983. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of La
Verne. He received Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and
Master in Business Administration degrees from the University of
Southern California. He is a member of the Intellectual Property
Section of the California Bar. |
